Order Cancellation Policy

✅ Before Shipment:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.

✅ After Shipment:

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return or refund (if applicable) after receiving the product.

Refund Policy

✅ For New Products:

If the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
Customers must provide clear images/videos of the issue before a refund is processed.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.

✅ For Used/Pre-Owned Machinery & Equipment:

No refunds are applicable for used machinery and equipment once purchased. Buyers are advised to check all details before purchase.

✅ Non-Refundable Items:

Digital products, downloadable content, and customized machinery are non-refundable.
